Delta College Public Broadcasting Recipient of $977k CPB Grant
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) announced this week that Delta Public Broadcasting’s WDCQ-TV (Bad Axe/Flint) is one of three public broadcasters awarded funding under the Next Generation Warning System grant program that funds public media stations to upgrade equipment and receive training to enhance alerting and warning capabilities. The program is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Goodrich Radio, headed by broadcast veteran and theater owner Bob Goodrich, has owned the station since it signed on in 2008.
