McKibbin Media Group (MMG) has announced various programming changes to two of its stations in Jackson, WKHM-FM (K105.3) and WIBM-AM/W240DG (95.9 FM The Power Cow). These changes went into effect this past Monday (6/2).
K105.3 middays are now hosted by Morning Show co-host Micki Morgret, on-air from weekdays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The company has also announced the promotion of Keayra (Kiki) Rombyer to the afternoon shift of K105.3. Rombyer, a 2023 graduate of Hanover-Horton High School and native of Hanover, Mich., has been employed at MMG for the past year in several different capacities. This will be her first on-air experience for the Jackson-based stations.
“I’m so excited about the opportunity to host afternoons on K105.3,” Rombyer said. “I have listened to the station since I was a kid so to be able to be on the air in Jackson will be an amazing experience. I can’t wait to get started.”

The Power Cow's Connor Dockery
Additionally, former K105.3 midday host Connor Dockery has moved to middays on 95.9 FM The Power Cow (Country). Dockery has been the host of K105.3 middays since he began with MMG last summer. Dockery also does high school and college game broadcasting, plus serves as production director for MMG. “Captain” Steve Boyle will continue to host afternoons 2-7 p.m. on the Power Cow.
“We want to continue to provide great radio for the Jackson community so we made these changes with that in mind,” MMG President and Owner Katina McKibbin said. “It’s exciting to move the lineup
around a bit [Micki] and introduce new faces to the community [Keayra and Connor] while continuing to develop the next generation of on-air talent in this market.”
