RadioInsight reports that Armada Media is reacquiring the Marinette Wisconsin/Menominee, Michigan cluster that it sold to Radio Plus Bay Cities LLC back in 2013.

In an application filed December 1, Armada’s AMC Partners Escanaba LLC will buy back WLST-FM (Marinette. WI). WSFQ-FM (Peshtigo, WI), WHYB-FM (Menominee), WMAM-AM/W283DD (Marinette, WI) and WAGN-AM/W261DM (Menominee).

The publication notes that Armada Media President/CEO Christopher Bernier is also the principle shareholder in Radio Plus Bay Cities. Armada operates three license holding companies with different ownership structures. AMC Partners Escanaba LLC owns fifteen stations in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. AMC Partners Rice Lake LLC holds a five station cluster in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Armada Media McCook Inc. holds ten licenses in western Nebraska and northeastern Colorado.
