Beasley Media Group's WDMK-FM and WMGC-FM proudly partnered with the Marshall Mathers Foundation and Forman Mills for the annual Marshall Mathers Coat Giveaway, distributing warmth and smiles to children across metro Detroit.

The free community event took place on December 6, at the Bel Air Luxury Cinema on Eight Mile Road, where more than 1,100 school-age children received brand-new winter coats. With the support of additional sponsors, families also received free socks, hats, gloves, backpacks, and toys, helping ensure children were fully prepared for the winter season.

On-air personalities from both stations were on site to support the event and connect with families. Mason & Starr from 105.9 KISS-FM broadcast live, while Lisha B. and Clay from the 105.1 The BOUNCE Morning RollOut joined volunteers in welcoming attendees and assisting with distribution. The celebration was energized by KISS-FM’s Tune-Up Man, along with DJ Scorpion and DJ Jinx, who provided music and helped create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families as they arrived.

For more than two decades, Bel Air Luxury Cinema has served as the host location for this meaningful tradition, made possible by the Marshall Mathers Foundation. Providing warm, new coats to children in need has long been a passion of the Foundation, reinforcing a deep commitment to supporting local families during Michigan’s cold winter months.
