Closing Broadcasting's Canyon: Bringing Managers and Gen Z Together

October 16, 2025, 1:00 pm EST

Mark your calendars to spend “Third Thursdays with the MAB” each month!

Broadcasting has a silent, but threatening issue occurring across the industry.  It is creating a deepening canyon within staff throughout this wonderful business.  We are blessed with an incredible number of veterans, but they are struggling to grow new employees into productive, long term broadcasters.  This divide is a problem and it is important that leadership begins to take action.
