Audacy has announced the debut of "Cash the Ticket," a new football betting podcast from 2400Sports, the company's sports podcast studio. Hosted by WXYT-FM (97.1 The Ticket)/Detroit's Mike Valenti and Jim Costa, twice weekly episodes will spotlight both the NFL and college football from Labor Day until the end of the season. The program premiered on August 25 on the Audacy app and wherever podcasts are heard.

Cash the Ticket offers the extra information listeners need to enjoy and bet confidently. The duo of Valenti and Costa brings listeners fresh perspectives on everything from the biggest matchups to the best value of the board every week. With sports betting content for the avid fan, Thursdays will be a college football betting preview. Fridays will be an NFL weekend betting preview followed by timely "mini" episodes and social extensions throughout the week.

Valenti is the fan's voice at 97.1 The Ticket. Since 2004, he's hosted the afternoon show in Detroit. Costa hosts an interactive sports show on 97.1 The Ticket. Costa's first sports love began with the Red Wings in the 1990's and evolved to the rest of the Detroit sports scene and expanded nationally.
