Finster Rejoins Omelette at WKLT

RadioInsight reports that Northern Michigan air talent Sean ‘Finster’ Finnegan has been reunited with former morning partner Steve ‘Omelette’ Normandin at Midwestern Broadcasting's WKLT-FM (Traverse City) and its simulcast sister stations.

The two previously hosted mornings at WKLT from 2006 to 2016 with Normandin returning in February 2020. In between, he worked at WGFN-FM.  Finnegan joins WKLT from crosstown WQON-FM and its simulcast sister stations.  He had been with WQON since June 2020, having also worked at WZTC-FM and WWMN-FM since leaving WKLT in 2016.  Blarney Stone Broadcasting’s Rock “Q100” 100.3 WQON Grayling, 94.5 WYPV Mackinaw City and 106.3 WWMN Thompsonville. He had been with WQON since June 2020 after stints in mornings at Variety Hits “104.5 Bob-FM” WZTC and AC “106.3 North-FM” WWMN following his 2016 departure from WKLT.

The two began hosting mornings again this past Monday, Feburary 13.  Last week, WQON announced the debut of a new morning show featuring Chad Patterson.
