WHTS-FM Announces Lineup Change
February 2, 2024
Cumulus Media's WHTS-FM (Grand Rapids) has announced that "Gray and Green" morning show co-host Jackie Green has elected to cut back her daily schedule and move to the station's afternoon shift. Green has co-hosted mornings alongside Rachael Gray for nearly four-and-a-half years.
Green has been with the station since 2016 hosting afternoons until moving to join Gray in mornings back in August of 2019. Green previously worked in the market at WGRD-FM and WXMI-TV.
Gray, who has been part of the morning show at WHTS-FM since 2012, will now lead the “Rachael Gray Show” alongside station Program Director Rob Sparks. Sparks joined the station last May as PD/afternoon host after previously spending five years as APD/afternoon host at crosstown WLHT-FM.
Green has stated publicly that she is cutting back her schedule for health reasons, stating that after months of trying different anti-anxiety, anti-depression and sleep aid medications, she still was not feeling like herself and she needed to prioritize her mental health.
