Morgan Murphy Media Elevates Three to Additional Roles

Morgan Murphy Media will launch a new Marketing and Creative Services team — a company-wide initiative designed to streamline and strengthen marketing efforts across all its platforms. Scot Chastain, General Manager at WISC-TV Madison and a seasoned marketing leader, has been named vice president of the new team effective immediately. Reporting to Scot in leadership roles will be directors Chris Hussey and Ross Lytle, currently marketing leaders within the company.
The new unit represents a significant step forward for Morgan Murphy Media, marking the first time the company has established a dedicated marketing organization to unify branding efforts across all markets while delivering tailored local marketing solutions.

Chris Hussey serves as marketing and creative services director at WKBT-TV in La Crosse, part of the Morgan Murphy Media family. He has extensive experience leading marketing strategy, brand development, and media placement across multiple TV markets. He has a proven track record in growing audiences, driving year-over-year revenue growth, and creating high-impact local and regional
marketing campaigns. Hussey brings expertise in multi-platform brand messaging, budget management, team leadership, and community engagement to support Morgan Murphy Media's strategic marketing goals.
Ross Lytle serves as creative services director at MMM-owned WISC-TV in Madison. He too has a strong background in overseeing marketing services, creative production, and brand growth for TV stations. His experience includes managing creative teams, developing data-driven growth strategies, leading community outreach initiatives, and driving ratings and revenue increases. Lytle’s collaborative approach with station leaders and focus on innovative marketing solutions will be instrumental in advancing Morgan Murphy Media’s commercial production and brand marketing efforts across its footprint.
Chastain will continue his role as GM of WISC-TV in addition to his new marketing leadership responsibilities.
