Siggy Ehrlich

Interlochen Public Radio's Amanda Sewell has announced that Classical IPR is welcoming Siggy Ehrlich as the 2026-2027 Classical IPR fellow.  Ehrlich is a recent graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, where they double-majored in music and history. Ehrlich also completed a career-track minor in museums, archives and public history

A classically trained double bassist, Ehrlich played in the Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Jazz ensembles at Mount Holyoke.

As a student at Mount Holyoke, Ehrlich also hosted a radio show on WMHC-FM (South Hadley) entitled “everything is romantic (era)” that paired classical music with popular music.

Ehrlich spent a semester in Vienna, Austria as an intern at the music library of the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), and most recently spent the summer at Interlochen Center for the Arts as an ensemble library intern.

At Classical IPR, Ehrlich will produce broadcast, podcast and digital content and host classical music programming.
