On October 11, an application was filed with the FCC to transfer ownership of WGRT-FM (Port Huron) from Port Huron Family Radio to Impact Communications.  Port Huron Family Radio has owned the station since it originally signed on in the early 1990s.  Port Huron Family Radio is owned by Martin Doorn.

Impact Communications, owned by Larry and Leslie Boulier, is based in Port Huron.  The Boulier's also own a local digital streaming platform, Thumbcoast.tv/ebw.tv producing local news and entertainment programming in the Port Huron region.

WGRT operates on 102.3 mHz with 3000 watts at 318 feet HAAT.
