FCC Media Bureau Issues Biennial Ownership Report Reminder

This past Monday (7/17). the FCC’s Media Bureau issued a public notice reminding all U.S. broadcast licensees of the importance of filing their biennial ownership reports. Doing so requires the use of FCC Form 323 or 323-E, per Commission rules.

Fox will lead the WDET team as it develops news, music and conversation programming that speaks to the unique, diverse and thriving Detroit community. Site Safety Assessments

The Alternative Broadcast Inspection Program (ABIP) is a unique partnership between the MAB and the FCC to ensure compliance with federal regulations and to avoid surprise inspections. Stations that pass the inspection receive a three-year Certification of Compliance.
